What it has meant to be a New Agent in this Market

I know the seller are upside down on their mortgages but, I feel I am learning Real Estate upside down as well, I am learning foreclosures, how to do HUD homes which I am sure I would have learnt later in my Real Estate experience instead of first. I have learnt to take one tranaction at a time and that no two are alike. No, two tranactions are alike.
