Debbi Cadwallader

 Debbi is entering her 4th year as a full time licensed REALTOR®, and takes great pleasure in finding the ideal home for her clients & ideal terms for their mortgage. As a Certified Real Estate Negotiator, the skills she has learned have served her clients well.  As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, Debbi can handle short sales or foreclosures for the buyer or seller.  Debbi is an ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) candidate and has earned the 2008 & 2009 Re/Max Executive Club Awards.

  With her varied contacts, Debbi has access to many different programs with lower rates and closing costs.  From the First Time Homebuyer to the Veteran to those eligible for USDA Rural Development money, Debbi is always looking out for your best interests! 

     Debbi enjoys working with a wide variety of buyers, from the first-time homebuyers, military transfers, retirees and investors. EVERY client is important to her and she strives to serve them with respect, integrity and honesty. Remember, "KNOWLEDGE IS POWER"

  Her previous work history includes twenty years of solid business experience with a heavy concentration in finance.  Debbi holds an AA degree with a 4.0 from the College of Southern Maryland. 

  Debbi moved here in December 2003 from the Washington, DC metro area with her husband, Chris, and their two daughters.  She has personal experience in corporate moves and can offer suggestions to others to make their real estate transactions go as smoothly as possible. 

  Debbi has been and continues to be active in the community with many organizations.  She currently serves on the boards of the Lake Forest Community Education Foundation, Lake Forest Parent Advisory Council, and the Delaware Department of Education State Parent Advisory Council (DSPAC).  She has also served the community with the Girl Scouts of America and Felton-Viola United Methodist Church, W.T. Chipman School Improvement Team, as well as many other worthy organizations.
