Brian: Several questions come to mind re: your development project. Probably most important is your clients motivation. Then, location, where are you in the development process (entitled, etc) . Is the propery f&c, how far out is the development (1 year, 5 years?). I am not sure there is a specific Blog, but Commercialsource.com is a relatvely new site sponsored by NAR would be a good start.

I have and like loopnet but there membership cost about $800 for the year. there are other free site as well there is
CommercialSource.com which is a bnew bventure from realtor.com
