Born and raised in Oxford, Connecticut, known to many in Connecticut as the Valley area, I enjoyed many fun-filled, New England, days with my four siblings.  At 18 with Flower Power motivating me I moved to Central Connecticut to attend Morse School of Business and was lucky enough to get to know the Connecticut Capitol area of Hartford Connecticut and surrounding Towns.   I loved the hussle and bussle of the City and truely loved being able to go shopping in a 5 minute drive as apposed to a 30 minute drive so I stayed in Central Connecticut and there was no looking back.  With a degree in Business Administration under my belt I worked for many years as a Business Manager in the medical field but I felt I was missing something.  Armed with no knowledge of real estate but a love for people and sociallizing I enrolled in a real estate licensing course.  The rest is history.  I LOVE REAL ESTATE!   I can honesty say this was my calling.  I love my job! 

I am the Broker/Owner of House Kick Realty, LLC, serving 30 miles East, West, South and North of Hartford Connecticut.  I specialize in residential property staging and sales, .... multi family, single family and apartment dwelling, but also accomodate leasing and sales of small commercial properties.

I consider referrals a gift and guarantee to serve your referrals with the highest quality service I can provide.  Priority, integrity, honesty, respect, flexibility, accountability......... these words I live by.  

I believe Education is key to providing my clients with expertise.  I am currently a Licensed Broker, an Accredited Buyer Representative and an e-PRO Certified agent. 

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Greater Hartford Association of Realtors, Mid-State Assocation of Realtors, Central Connecticut Women's Forum, Southington Chamber of Commerce, New Britain Chamber of Commerce, First Lutheran Church of Reformation and the Central Connecticut 4-Wheelers.  I was appointed to the 2008 CAR Legislative Committee, helping to fight for the rights of homeowners across Connecticut, and a Charter member of Connecticut REALTOR Champions.

Prior to opening House Kick Realty I worked with a major brand company and was saluted as an award winning, Top Producer.  My philosophy,  "know matter what the market, invest in a home and you are investing in your future".  The stock market is cyclical and so is real estate, the difference is you can live in your home while your investment grows, you can't live in a 401k.  Buy a house or two or three and HOLD that investment and you will find your way to a bright, comfortable retirement.
