I've been licensed in Michgan and Wisconsin for a couple of years and have gained my e-PRO certification and ABR designation in the past year. Snow Country Real Estate specializes in ski home and vacation home sales, but with an expansion of agents on staff, we're concentrating in the local residential home market more heavily. Vacant land, whether for hunting and camps or acreage for new home development, is also an area we have a lot of experience within.

I was a partner in a small software company in Minneapolis for 15 years. I was a programmer, but my primary function in the business was as the "hotline support" person and customer liason between clients and the technical people. That experience in high level customer service easily translated itself over to the real estate industry. I have a BA in Technical Communications and pride myself on being a detail-oriented person. Being tuned in to all the many details of a real estate transaction is one of the most important functions I can perform for my clients.

I enjoy working with buyers, whether first-time home buyers, out-of-town recreational property buyers, or someone looking for the perfect piece of land for their cottage or home. The "techie" professional background helps me serve my customers and clients well with being able to keep in touch using automatic email notices of new listings; using my computer knowledge to research community information for buyers; and using my MLS's software to the highest capability.
