Mid - Life and started a new career in Real Estate after raising a large family and finding myself alone needing to care for myself.

2000 Received my Real Estate License.

Started at Sun River 55+ development

Took on a NEW HOME Custom Development of 31 lots.

Joined with Beth Tolbert & Kathy Nielsen as a Team.

Received my Brokers License in 2007

The 3 of us bought a building and have 16 agents who work with us in Tolbert & Nielsen Realty Group. We specialize in helping the customer find investment property, single family homes, new home construction, 1031 Exchange Property, Resort Living, golf course properties and everything inbetween in Southern Utah.
