About Me

 

My name is Cynthia "CJ" Sleppy. 
 
A life-long Oregonian, I have lived most of my life in the Southern Oregon area in the Rogue Valley (Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Central Point, etc.) 
 
Currently, northern Oregon is "home".  This includes East Metro Portland, Oregon focusing on Gresham, Troutdale, Fairview, Boring, Damascus, and Sandy.  
 
I am also a licensed Broker in the state of Washington so Vancouver, in southern Washington (Clark County) is included in my service area. 
 
For 34+ years I have believed a well informed real estate professional is essential to the property buyer and seller. 
 
I have earned my ABR, ePRO and ACRE designations and I am  working on completing my college degree.  Women's Council of Realtors (WCR) has also been  a  valuable resource of information and professional growth. 
 
I look forward to exchanging information, encouragement and referrals.
