Greetings!
My specialty is commercial real estate education and consulting. For many years, I worked as a commercial broker, developer, property manager and syndicator. While I still become involved in some real estate developments in my consulting mode, I focus on education because I see such a lack of resources for those wanting to learn more about the business.
I recently wrote a book - "The Insider's Guide to Commercial Real Estate" and hope that it will be a good reference guide for folks.
