Marketing properties, coordination of contracts, forms and disclosures
statements required by the State, arranging site inspections, building
permits for improvements, communicating with mortgage lenders,
provide detailed progress reports regularly, knowledge of
neighborhood sales, home values and bank process, assist buyer in
locating lender and obtaining financing, pre-qualify buyers for
readiness, willingness and ability, negotiations, balancing offers and
counteroffers. Project Manager coordinating the major stages until the
