 When you have been in the business for over 27 years, you have pretty much had experience selling everything  from Vintage homes to ranches,  1/4 acre tracts to 100's of acres,  and multi-family , commercial etc. 

Lake City and the Suwannee River Valley are not the Florida of Disney World and jammed shopping Malls.  It is the Florida of mild temperatures with changing seasons, peaceful living, fresh country air and water.
