I've been a Realtor® for 5 years, doing mostly residential sales.  I enjoy working with first time buyers,  women (divorced, separated, single professional) and seniors. I formed different sphere of influence groups and we conduct seminars to cover all 3 niche markets.  My philosophy is that by educa ting the public I'm  creating a better understanding of what a Realtor® does and can do for them.

I also own a gift basket company called "Forget-Me-Not Gift Baskets" so needless to say, my clients get a really nice basket on closing!
