Broker Brett

I am a Utah native, born and raised in Murray, UT and currently lives and works in Cottonwood Heights, UT (Both cities are located in Salt Lake County...but are known to others as Salt Lake City) I was honorably discharged from the U.S. Marines in 2000, I have a black-belt in Kung-Fu and I am  a amateur triathlete.

I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1999. I obtained my Brokers license and opened a my own company in 2004. I currently hold the position as the Principal Broker and I also help buyers and seller. I don't like calling it a competing broker, because I have never competed for a listing against any of my agents. I have specialized in default sales (REO & Short Sales) since I got into the business, but back then nobody wanted to do that type of business....now everybody has too.

I am a self-proclaimed technology geek. I don't know what I would do without my blackberry....probably cry. I welcome referrals and am happy to pay a referral fee.
