After being born & raised in Colorado, I packed up and moved to the Great Land, the beautiful State of Alaska. I did an 8 year stint as a communications technician in Prudhoe Bay and various native villages on the North Slope, and then settled in Fairbanks, the Golden Heart City.

All of my Anchorage friends told me it was a mistake, with one commenting that it was 11 months of winter and one month of bad ice skating. However, Fairbanks was (is) a wonderful town and the place I met the love of my life, my wonderful wife Jo Anne.

Fifteen years there was enough, so Jo Anne and I decided to move to a warmer location, which happened to be closer to her mom. We are all now a team of Realtors.
