Brad Hanks

I've been in the real estate industry since 1990, when I started as an agent in Northern California.  Since that time, I've held positions as manager, broker, owner, speaker, consultant and franchise executive in the real estate industry, and bring my experience from each of those positions to apply a unique perspective to my business.  I truly believe these different perspectives provide benefit to my clients, as I'm not one to fall back on old ways of thinking and tackling problems.

I credit my experience as the primary factor in shaping me as a problem solver and expert negotiator.  It has also helped instill in me a cooperative and collaborative mindset, realizing the common goal of our clients is to see a successful transaction through to completion.
