I have been licensed since 1994 and have been teaching since 1998. I am published on the topics of Real estate license law, agency, foreclosure, and productivity. I am married with 2 grown children and one grandchild. My hobbies include gardening and the performing arts. Ive been a guest speaker at the National Real Estate Educators Association as well as The Real Living Momentum convention. I am a veteran of the United States Air Force.
