I am also familiar with listing input through Fmls, GaMls, KWmls and in Southwest Indiana. I PREFER the contract to close process as well as after closing follow up and I am SettlementRoom certified. I am a paralegal and worked in the real estate title business so I am VERY familiar with abstracts, examination, title insurance, relocation companies.
