About Me
I am a licensed real estate agent in New York and North Carolina. I began my real estate career 6 years ago in Westchester County, NY, and received several honors for finding good value for home buyers and also for successfully marketing numerous listings there. I received Century 21 Diamond and Ruby Awards; and Gold and Silver Awards from the Board of Realtors.
I moved to Asheville, NC this year and have associated with Century 21 All Seasons, a very professional office. It is located in historic Biltmore Village in South Asheville, but we cover the entire Asheville area including, Grove Park, North Asheville, Weaverville, Country Club, Reynolds Mountain, Woodfin, Leicester, Fairview, Arden, Candler, Enca, Lake Lure and other surrounding areas.
Asheville is a wonderful destination for people at all stages of life. There are public and private schools, many churches and synagogues, YMCA's and a Jewish Community Center. The restaurants are great, terrific local and regional theater, and music from Asheville's own symphony and opera to country and blue grass.
Before real estate, I spent 30 (+) years in Marketing and Advertising. I was president of KMP Advertising, and before that I was a Senior Vice President at Bates Worldwide. My business experience has been invaluable to me in real estate in a number of ways. My background in analytical work has resulted in thorough research and financial evaluation; and my years in a service business has helped me successfully work with buyers and sellers.
And for retirees, there is something really special. The University of North Carolina here in Asheville has a separate department (and building) called the North Carolina Center for Creative Retirement. It attracts people who are already fully retired, and those who are thinking about it. The Center offers over 30 different courses per semester, plus numerous special interest groups and events. This is really a great place for retirees, and I devote a great deal of my time helping people who are relocating here.
My office, Century 21 All Seasons is a very strong, organized office which brings the resources of the largest international real estate company, but it is small enough to provide dedicated personal service to both buyers and sellers.
