  Bill and his wife Joan have been residents of Minnesota their entire lives, and have enjoyed living in the Brainerd Lakes Area for the past seventeen years.  Judy has called the Lakes Area home for over 25 years.  Bill and Joan have been licensed real estate agents in the Brainerd Lakes Area for the past twelve years and Judy for the last 5 years.  Wendy is a licensed real estate agent and also the Team Manager.  Bill and Joan created the Up North Properties Team.
