Ty Stewart

Ty Stewart moved from Oklahoma City to San Diego in 1994. He served in the Marine Corps and received the only annual “Honor, Courage, and Commitment Award” while serving in the Persian Gulf. After an honorable discharge, Ty earned a Bachelor’s degree from California State University and graduated with honors. Ty is happily married and lives in San Diego, California. He is an ordained deacon and remains active in Christian ministry.

Bringing with him his strong work ethic and motivational attitude, Ty became a very successful real estate agent. Ty closed several transactions and was able to do a great deal of business by referral. His designations include being a Certified Negotiation Expert, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Accredited Buyer's Representative Manager, and e-PRO. As a sales manager, he has been an integral part of all three of his previous real estate companies reaching their highest levels of production in their history and even receiving national recognition. He has taught prospecting, sales techniques, contracts, and disclosures to hundreds of successful real estate agents in his career.

Ty is the Managing Broker for Allison James Estates and Homes of California. He allows his agents to keep 100% of their commission for a small monthly fee.
