Tracy Santrock

Tracy is originally from Charleston, West Virginia and migrated to Texas with her family as a young girl. Tracy grew up in a real estate family there and learned it required hard work, long hours and dedication.  She migrated to the Triangle over 16 years ago and has lived in Chapel Hill and Cary.  She currently lives in Cary with her husband Mauro a software engineer with whom she credits much of her success in business and in life and her daughter Jordan a student at Cary Academy who keeps her up to date on current trends.  They enjoy their dog Maggie and their cat Cisco.

 

Tracy brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to the real estate market.  She consistently has been a top producer.  Tracy is a 2008 member of Fonville Morisey Chairman's Club programs based on outstanding sales results. 

Tracy’s passion for excellence is present in her active sports life.  She completed the Boston and New York Marathons, has been nationally ranked in tennis, and loves to go on long bike rides and play golf with her family.  Tracy has also traveled extensively. 

 

Tracy’s tech savvy background from Corporate America has impressed many clients. Tracy’s experience with internet Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and corporate positioning has enabled her website to catapult to the top of the Fonville Morisey agents. Tracy's ability to convert clients off the internet is a skill which few have in real estate.
