Hi my name is Frank Santos.  I am a Realtor and a member of C.A.R. (California Association of Realtors), N.A.R. (National Association of Realtors), and N.S.D.C.A.R. (North San Diego County Association of Realtors). 

I am contract with ERA Ranch & Sea Realty located in Oceanside and Carlsbad California.  My responsibility as a Realtor is to educate the consumer about the real Real Estate Market that we are in and the future that we are facing ahead.  ERA Ranch & Sea Realty and my Team are here to guide you the consumer every step of the way.  We know how difficult it is to get the real truth about what is happening in the market.
