Sylvia Shelnutt

I am a real estate educator and trainer. I travel the country sharing my real estate knowledge and experience. Though I am a veteran broker and sales person I moved into training exclusively in 1995. Since that time I have focused my training on buyer representation, new home selling for resale and on-site agents, business professionalism and ethics.

I have been an active member of the Real Estate Educators Association since the early 90's and will serve as President of the organization in 2008. Though I have 15 real estate designations the one that I am the most proud of is the Distinguished Real Estate Instructor, DREI, earned through the Real Estate Educators Association. It took me 8 years to obtain the designation and I bring the same dedication and commitment into my classroom presentation's as it took for me to receive this destination.

I have a new tool that I have perfected for buyer representatives. It is a Power Point presentation to introduce buyers to the value of client representation. My concept will allow a buyer representative to be able to sell themselves and their services before they ever meet the buyers for the first time. I teach how to put the program together in a class called, Secrets to Signing Buyers as Clients . My program shows you how to use this idea as a handout, a Power Point presentation, an email attachment or a download from your web site.
