Susan Werner Realtor, GRI, ePRO

I work and reside in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.  My MLS covers Steamboat Springs, Oak Creek, Phippsburg, Yampa and Hayden.  2009 will be my fifth year in real estate.  Susan Werner Realtor was established in 2009. 

Accomplishments that help me stand out as a Realtor would be the GRI designation (graduate of the real estate institute) and the e-Pro designation. That is a technology certification course endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS.  I learned the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line:  Web sites, e-mail, on-line tools, and most of all, what you, the consumer, really want.

My community is a combination of ranching and world class skiing.  It has been the home of 54 winter Olympic athletes.   And, of course, we are always looking for more athletes.  We are loaded with recreation.  Darn near everybody in Routt Country does something that is fun and is done out of doors!  Our country is fabulous.

At present I have a husband, two sons, three horses and a dog.  The sons are grown.  When I can find the time I love to trail ride, snowshoe, work in my yard, make western boots, sew, play piano, sit by my own campfire at the house and listen to the sounds in the forest, gaze at the Milky Way or watch the moon rise.  Life is good in the Rocky Mountains.

Which brings me to my specialties.  I am very familiar with rural living and ranching.  I don't live in a townhouse or condominium but I look through them every week at our MLS meeting.  I meet with other Realtors every Tuesday and go on tour to look at properties.  Being familiar with our inventory is very helpful to Buyers.

I am loyal and honest.  I will do my best to help Buyers find the right property and advise Sellers on staging and pricing their homes to sell.  Each new client becomes a friend for life.
