I have over twenty-one years of combined experience as a New York State Licensed Salesperson and as an Associate Broker.  I am a Member in Good Standing with the Bronx & Manhattan North Association of Realtors and am currently serving on the Legislative Committee.  Besides having completed the Advanced Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice Training with the New York State Association of Realtors, I also obtained the Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) Department of State Designation.  I am serving as the Vice-President of the Bronx Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors.  I also possess over twenty five years of experience in Real Estate Law and related matters.  I was carefully chosen to Manage Exit Realty Van Zandt (largest Exit Franchise in Bronx) since I possess the know-how and expertise that go far beyond what is necessary to deliver top quality service to our organization and it's clients.  I am a Real Estate Instructor Certified by the Department of State and am happy to share my wealth of knowledge with all of you.  I spear-headed the first Energy Department at the Van Zandt Agency and currently have 3 energy Franchises within Ambit Energy.  I became a Senior Consultant in June and am enjoying teaching my team of Realtors and Agents how to help their clients save money and help every Broker and Agent make recurring monthly residual income on the energy bills of hundreds and growing to thousands of people every month.   For more information, watch a video at www.smmlucky.whyambitworks.com.  God Bless.
