I am a Realtor specializing in all aspects of foreclosure in real estate.  With 18 years of experience working with the banking industry and their REO properties I have developed a three prong business approach to this portion of the real estate industry.  All are equally important and one or all can be involved in the process at any given time.  Simply, they are the lenders doing the foreclosure, the consumer in foreclosure and the potential purchaser of these properties.

I have a marketing department specifically geared to marketing REO/lender owned properties.  We provide service from the initial drive by through the foreclosure process itself to the sale of the property. 

A natural outgrowth of the process has been assisting consumers who are in foreclosure.  From basic consulting to assisting with the many options available including loan modification, loss mitigation and short sales.

Our services also include a full range of buyer services for the purchaser interested in foreclosure related properties.  While many are investors, both experienced and new, we also find a large percentage are buyers looking for a residence of their own.  We gear our assistance to the needs and experience of the buyer.
