What about me?  I guess I am pretty much like everyone else, trying to to the best I can in this world with the talents I have been given.First and foremost I am a Mom and Grammie and am lucky enough to have Mom and Dad living nearby.  (FYI, I am an only child of an only child of an only child, of one of 13!) So family comes first.

Next, I am Realtor and have been for 20+ years working in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago - hence the name of my blog, southwestchiburbs.com.  I love being a realtor, the diversity of each day and each client and each community as well.  Helping others is what I do best, so if you need a favor or a problem solved, ask me and I will do my best to help you.  (FYI, I love to learn new things and will continue to learn all my life)

Next, I am a lover of nature and dedicated to living healthy.  Of course I have a few vices, but don't we all?  Exercise is a regular part of my life and keeps me not only in shape, but energetic as well.

I hesitate to say lastly, but this has to end somewhere.  My free time activities include the White Sox and Cubs and Bears, oh my!  I love my Chicago sports teams.  I am artistic and paint acrylics mainly in winter months and currently am writing a book (six months in the making).  My activities include golf (my favorite), hiking, running, biking, swimming, skiing and reading.
