I am a Realtor. Probably obvious since I'm on this website, but unlike some others, I don't just do this for a job. I live it and love it! My first year in the business I not only won Rookie of the year, but I also broke all sales records for a rookie in the history of the company. I've won a production award every year since. The secret of my success is just that I really care about my customers. I entered this business with a customer service hat and not a sales person hat. I advertise that I truly believe in old fashioned service - the kind that seems to have disappeared. I typically go above and beyond what any other realtor does in my area to help my customer achieve their goal - whether a first time home buyer, someone who wants to downsize or upsize or invest in real estate. To me, it is really satisfying when I receive a card or letter after closing from a customer, thanking me for helping them to achieve their dream.

I handle residential and commercial properties - large and small. Being a horse owner, I also specialize in horse properties - both large and small, whether they are existing horse properties or can be converted to one. Since I live and work in Berks County, after spending 23 years in Montgomery County, I have lots of contacts to help someone in a variety of ways - from contractors to farrier service to roofers to tack suppiers, I can put them in touch with someone to help them with their needs.
