Real estate is my full-time business and my passion. I am deeply committed to serving your needs -- focusing on your goals, explaining your options, and providing you with the information you need to make informed decisions. Formerly an art consultant and an award-winning Producer/Director in radio and television broadcast, I bring highly tuned skills to my real estate business. I pay infinite attention to details, deadlines, and your needs. Additionally, as a trained Re-evaluation Counselor, I have well-honed listening and problem-solving skills. I'm results oriented and an innovative thinker. I love what I do and I take great pride (and receive much joy!) in matching you with the home of your dreams...or the perfect investment property.  

I run my business almost exclusively by referrals from people I have served. I use my energies on my most important goal: serving your needs. You see, most real estate agents spend the majority of their time marketing to the general public looking for new business and very little time helping their customers. Working by referral allows me to invest my time serving you. Because your complete satisfaction and subsequent referrals are the basis for my future business, you can be assured that I will provide you with the highest level of service -- with heart, humor, and effectiveness. 

It's an odd concept in this industry, I know, but I do take a day off every week! By taking care of myself, I can take better care of you. As a result, my clients are satisfied and happy -- we have fun in the process of buying and selling their home! That's what I strive for in every real estate transaction I'm involved in. 

In 2002, I was awarded the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation. The ABR® designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council ("REBAC") of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. 

I am committed to continuing my education and staying updated with current trends and issues in real estate. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®), the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. This designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Only 5 percent of all REALTORS® have earned this prestigious credential. The education received in order to earn this designation is considered "top shelf" and that benefits my clients! CRS® designees were involved in nearly 25 percent of all residential real estate transactions in the United States last year. As a Council member, I get information about the latest sales and marketing techniques, and changes in the law that benefit home buyers and sellers.  

By on-going training in my industry, I can better serve you -- which is my number one goal. T

Three years years ago, I proudly added Certified EcoBroker to my Professional Designations. To earn the EcoBroker designation, an agent completes extensive coursework that covers issues of energy, environment and green business. These skills and knowledge can assist any consumer, both those who consider themselves "green-minded" and those who do not. By providing the link between builders, consumers, and green products, EcoBrokers are likely to play an increasingly vital role in the evolving industry of sustainable home design. My training will allow me to serve Buyers in identifying green and energy-efficient features in a home. The EcoBroker advantage for Sellers is my ability to identify, explain and market the energy-efficient features in your home -- all which add value when it comes to pricing and selling your property. 

I am delighted to add the designation ASP® to my professional affiliations and designations! As an Accredited Staging Professional I bring knowledge to my Sellers that results in the successful sale of their homes. Staged homes sell faster and for more money than unstaged properties.
