I have been in real estate since 1971 (no comments, please!) and obviously love it including all the ups and downs that make it so interesting.  I moved to Keller Williams Greater Seattle recently because of their excellent training program which keeps all the agents up-to-date with mortgage rates, inventory on the multiple and other pertinent information which I used to have to dig up myself.  They also offer a great training which I feel all agents need regardless of experience (just like e-pro since things keep evolving)! 

I got married 5 years ago to a mechanical engineer (designs engines for locomotives and larger) and we love hiking, dancing, traveling, reading, cooking (I cook and he eats), animals (our cat Rusty rules), construction work (we have our own construction company),biking, canoeing,  puzzles (crossword and jigsaw), games of all types including bridge, pinochle, farkel, Mexican train, and perquaky.  But most of all we love people so frequently have gatherings - large and small - and attend many events with friends.  I believe we both re-generate by being with people.

We just got back from a trip to Slovakia where we hiked from Budapest to Cracow which was an absolute blast!  The low Tatras are awesome and the people in Slovakia are truly open-hearted , friendly and helpful - our best trip!

I have lived all over and owned 21 houses so far - but since finding the Pacfic Northwest I would never live anywhere else.  Not only are the people great but we have it all - mountains with skiing, hiking, picniking, etc. and the Sound for all types of boating (not to mention the hundreds of lakes nearby) and tons of cultural activities along with a pro-football team (Go Hawks!), a major league baseball team (Mariners are hurting a bit this year) and our new pro Hockey team (The Thunderbirds).  Of course, we did have a great basketball team but as of this year that slot is void.  So here we are in paradise - the weather is actually much better than we would like people to think as it is pretty crowded and our growth rate is amazing.  (If you want to move out here I know a great Realtor for you!)

That's about it - I love life and try to live it to the fullest.
