Meet Russell Phillips
2006 & 2007 Top Producing Agent for Moreland Properties, Georgetown Office
“Before completing high school, I’d had more addresses than fingers.” The son of a broker and stepson of a builder, Russell grew up around Central Texas real estate.
His background also includes development, with a beautiful lakefront project as a feather in his cap. In addition, he served 3 years as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner.
Russell attributes his success to a solid work ethic, an understanding of the market, and the care and concern he holds for each client in a very personal transaction. "It is my pleasure to serve you."

Right on. Real estate education and requirements should be strengthened. In fact I think there should be a National agent/brokers license in lieu of State licensing.
Very good article.
