Robert L Newman

I am a veteran having served four and a half years in the U.S. Air Force. Leaving in 1969 with an Honorable Discharge and achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant.

I Have over 30 years experience in the Real Estate and the New Construction Industry. I obtained my Real Estate License in Ohio in 1971 and owned and operated my own Real Estate and New Construction Company there. Ideal Homes Real Estate and Ideal Homes By Newman. I obtained my Florida Real Estate License in 1985 and my Florida Brokers License in 1993 at which time I incorporated Ideal Homes Real Estate in Florida.

I have been in sales, sales management, marketing, advertising and sales training, working for various companies and builders for the past 30 some years upon leaving the Air Force.

My knowledge of people, of people motivation, of selling, of Real Estate, of New Construction, of marketing, of advertising, of finance, and of computers are my assets that make me effective in project sales.
