The beautiful Texas Hill Country is my passion and I love making people's dreams come true by helping them find and buy the property that will enhance their quality of life.  I specialize in residential sales and enjoy selling vacation and recreational properties the most.  The Texas Hill Country is an area filled with crystal clear spring fed rivers, towering cypress trees, granite and limestone hills and the friendliest people on Earth.  It is a pleasure serving clients from all over the country and watching their smiles as they find that perfect place in an area I call "Paradise".

I first started selling real estate in 1978.  I owned and operated several brokerages in the North Texas area over a period of many years.  I retired and only did investment real estate for myself until a couple of years ago when I moved to my Vacation Area, the beautiful Texas Hill Country.  I decided to return to my profession only to find many changes, especially Technology.

I have a long way to go but I am learning as fast as I can.  I do believe technology will continue to change the way real estate is practiced at every level.  Only the agents embracing technology will survive.  I find it very challenging but also very interesting and the benefits are great.  I think there is a lower risk of liability with some of the products available today.  Looking forward to the future. :)
