Robert Bass

Robert Bass is a graduate of Arizona State University and A.S.U. Law School, and has practiced law in Arizona since 1978.  Early in his career, he served for more than five years as the Administrative Law Judge for the Arizona Department of Real Estate. He presided over hundreds of disciplinary cases involving real estate brokers and salespeople.

His private law practice concentrates in defending real estate licensees in Errors & Omissions claims and litigation, and representing licensees in application denial and consumer complaint cases before the Arizona Department of Real Estate. 

A proud REALTOR (although he's not licensed!), Robert is a member of the National, Arizona and Phoenix Associations of REALTORS, and has served as a Large Firm National Director of N.A.R., and as a State Director of A.A.R.  In his first year as a REALTOR he was appointed to N.A.R.'s prestigious Risk Management Committee.  He has also served on the A.A.R. Contract Forms Committee and Agency Law Task Force. 

A nationally known educator and risk reduction consultant, Robert is also a past Chairman of the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the State Bar of Arizona, and a Past-President of the Arizona Real Estate Educators Association.  In addition to his private practice, he has served as General Counsel for two of the largest brokerage companies in Phoenix.
