I have worked in Silicon Valley for over 25 years. I understand technology and how it can affect vertical markets; how it changes end user behavior; how more educated and demanding consumers change the face of existing business models and how competition is waged.

The 21st Century will belong to those who will change and adapt to a new reality. One in which consumers: have access to data; are more demanding of professionals; and are increasingly more sophisticated about buying and selling real estate.
