Want to live in Paradise?  Pine Island Florida is where you want to be then.  As a Realtor, and resident, I get to enjoy and help others to enjoy the untouched beauty that is Pine Island.  The island consists of three small communities: Bokeelia, Matlacha, and St. James City.  With breathtaking views all around it is easy to appreciate the lack of development we have seen on the island.  Friendly neighbors, a mild climate year-round, no traffic lights or billboards, a low crime rate and protection from over-development with no building higher than the tallest tree give Pine Island's communities a small town feel.That is not to say, however, that we are isolated from the world by any means.  Cape Coral and Fort Myers are both bustling cities that offer any activity you can think of.
