As a 20 year real estate agent veteran, I have seen many different markets. This one "takes the cake"! I decided 2 years ago to focus my efforts on helping people in pre-foreclosure though short sales and loan modifications. Needless to say this is accepting a great deal of responsibility because as agents we hold the financial futures of our clients in our hands. Doing short sales and loan modifications is not to be taken lightly. I have helped many clients to change their lives, and I am truely greatful for this opportunity.
