Mary & Joe Skye

Mary and Joe are partners in the fullest sense of the word.  Both of them have expertise in  all phases of residential real estate.  As owners of rental property, they stay current on Texas real estate property laws and regulations.  

As a licensed real estate broker, Mary was a partner in ownership of a major real estate franchise in North Texas prior to moving to Virginia when she married Joe in 1991.  Upon returning to Texas in 1993, Mary and Joe settled in San Antonio and continue to practice real estate in the residential marketplace. Mary currently holds the CRB, CRS and ABR designations as well as a Texas broker's license.

Joe was a farm and ranch appraiser prior to obtaining His real estate license.  After retiring from the Department of the Interior of the Federal Government,  Joe practiced real estate on a full-time basis in the Northern Virginia area.  Following their marriage , Mary and Joe resided in Northern Virginia for a couple of years and then relocated  to San Antonio, TX where they currently reside. Joe's designations include the ABR,CRS, e-PRO and GRI. Together their combined real estate experience totals more than 60 years. 

They have very active lives both inside and outside the real estate world. They enjoy tennis, waterponding, gardening and any activity taking place outdoors as well as being avid San Antonio Spurs fans. They enjoy traveling when the temperature drops below 50 degrees.
