. I have been in this profession since 1971. In 1980 my husband and I became Brokers and started our own company,Mahoney & Associates Realty. I now am Owner/Broker of my own company. Arizonac 1st Realty Group,LLC. First of all, I love helping people who need some guidance, and compassion, when they are in a situation that seems unsolvable to them. In other words, reassure them, HELP THEM, when their property is in FORECLOSURE. This is the perfect area of Real Estate for me. This can be a very rewarding job that gives you a real feeling of accomplishment.
I wanted to get into an area of the business that was challenging and, at the same time, interesting,and rewarding. I was probably one of the first agents to work in this field.. I had an expert teacher and mentor.
I have seen the market hit highs and lows over the years, but nothing quiet as devastating as the amount of FORECLOSURES we are experiencing now. I'm in the best position now to counsel and help those who need it, because of the years of experience I have in this area, I'm well qualified and knowledgeable.
Now, a little about me. I'm married for 31 happy years,have four sons and three Grandchildren, Brandon, Jessica, and Priscilla. 16,15, and 9. My husband Bill is now retired from real estate,and I sure miss him as A PARTNER AND HIS GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR while we worked together.
