Marie Therese Van Kampen

I obtained my real estate license 5 years ago. I have been with my current company Weichert Realtors Hometown for 4 years. I have lived in Florida since 1967. Prior to real estate I was a bookkeeper with different builders in the area. I enjoy meeting people and like the challenge of real estate.
When I worked for builders handing the key to a new home was a wonderful experience. I worked with buyers from the time the lot was selected. Then they came to my office and selected the colors for roof and exterior of the home. We had another session for the interior: carpet, colors of fixtures and appliances, kitchen cabinets, cabinets in baths and wallpaper in bath if that was selected.

I obtained my ASP designation earlier this year (Home Staging) and offer my skills to my sellers as a bonus - free of charge.
I am currently working on my e-pro designation.
I speak, read and write French. I was born in France and love to travel.
My hobbies: gardening, home improvements, quilting and growing roses. I love improving my home and researching different new products.
