Karen Mandel

I have been actively involved in Real Estate since 1975. Currently I own a Realty Executives office in Escondido, Ca.  Having been a top producer in the San Diego area for the past 21 years I have lived through many changes in real estate.  I have a loan department and 14 agents that work for me.  Through the years I have worked with all types of transactions from 1031 exchanges, residential, commercial, trades, new homes, resales, and land purchases. I have taught many real estate classes for the Board of Realtors, have a mentor certification, and sit on the Board for an HOA community.  Experienced in all aspects of real estate and financing I can lend a helping hand to all types of buyers, sellers, and agents.
