Because I love selling real estate, I am committed to the highest standard in my profession. To that end, I have received advanced degrees in my field as a member of CRS (Council of Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) - A real estate agent who represents buyers in the homebuying process, and e-Pro (Internet Professional). Through these and other continuing education courses, including Board-sponsored professional ethics seminars, I have continued to fine-tune my expertise in the real estate business throughout my professional career. 

A Realtor for over 20 years, I started my career in Maine and owned my own firm there. For eight years, Barter & Associates of Damariscotta, Maine was a 5-person sales office with gross annual sales in excess of 8 million dollars. 

The majority of my very successful business is through referrals from people whom I have helped to buy or sell a home. As the result of satisfied clients, I have succeeded in building a referral base of dozens of people who are happy to recommend my services to their friends and families. I consider the Tri-Lakes area of Missouri to be a wonderful place in which to live and to work, which is why I am so successful at what I do best - helping folks to buy and sell residential real estate.
