About Me

My name is Kirsten Madden and I am a REALTOR® working with Shelman Realty serving Boundary County, Idaho and Bonners Ferry, Idaho. I enjoy living in our beautiful Bonners Ferry and take pride in knowing and serving my neighbors in all their real estate needs. People in Bonners Ferry and Boundary County know they can call on me whenever they have a real estate question.

Prior to obtaining my real estate license I worked as the Senior Escrow Officer for one of our local title companies. This position afforded me the wonderful opportunity to get to know the people of Boundary County and Bonners Ferry and assist them in closing their real estate transactions. During this time I acquired a great deal of knowledge in the real estate industry and was highly regarded in my field. This position also provided me a huge network of people within the industry including buyers, sellers, lenders, surveyors, mortgage brokers, appraisers, attorneys, engineers, REALTORS®, Real Estate Brokers, and Land Title and Escrow professionals.

I have chosen to align myself with Shelman Realty, whom I believe is the best company to help support my clients with their real estate needs as well as my own continuing professional growth.
