I have been a REALTOR in Vero Beach and Sebastian Florida for the last 10-12 years and I love what I do!  I just need more hours in the day to do everything that needs to be done. 

I have an e-PRO and Transnational Referral Certification,   I love to get referrals from fellow agents and past clients.  I am very loyal to the people that refer clients to me.  

I work with first time home buyers looking for a starter home and the retired executive looking for an estate on the Island.   It is nice to show those big homes on the beach but helping someone buy their first home is so much fun.

Right now, there are some fantastic deals in the Vero Beach area.  We have been seeing prices drop for 2 years, and now  buyers, who have been waiting for the right time, are jumping in and grabbing some of those deals. We have lots of foreclosures and short sales.  There are so many opportunities for buyers right now . . .  living in paradise can't get much cheaper!
