Originally from Southern California (Native), I traveled the United States for 20 years, courtesy of the United States Navy.  My duty stations were: North Island – San Diego CA, Jacksonville NAS, FL, South Weymouth MA., Norfolk and Chesapeake VA, and Millington – Memphis, TN.  

I fell in love with a little town south of Jacksonville in the 80’s called St. Augustine – it reminded me so of the San Diego of the 1960’s when I grew up.  Palm Coast (just south of St. Augustine) had the feel of the Chula Vista area when it was farms, tomato fields, and a smidgeon of housing development.  This was what I chose to retire to.

In 2003, I worked for a real estate company as their technology manager and office assistant, teaching sales associates details about their websites, pages available from FAR, NAR’s tools and available information, and online marketing strategies.

After 2 years of training, bookkeeping for Real Estate and assisting with Virtual Administrative skills, I decided to take the plunge and try my hand as a true entrepreneur!  Upon earning my sales license, I loved the business so, that I earned my ePRO certification, GRI designation, my Broker’s license, my instructor certificate, TRC, AHWD, ALHS,  and my place as an active REALTOR®, by volunteering for leadership positions in my association, committees for FAR, and as a speaker for NAR.  

I teach Microsoft tools (and free software tools) on word processing, presentations, spreadsheets, and their benefits to marketing, listing presentations, and mail merging.  I am also certified to teach Transaction Desk for REIS, and GRI III technology essentials.
