John Maniec

I have lived in the Bayside community since 1978 raising four children who all benefited from a great public school education in School District 26, the highest rated school district in New York City. I am a retired public school high school teacher from Benjamin N. Cardozo High School in Bayside, considered to be the best NYC zoned high school.
I have a Master's degree from New York University and still currently teach part-time at St. Joseph's College in Brooklyn. Formerly, I was a part-time instructor at the Queens Campus of St. John's University. I currently am a New York State approved instructor of real estate qualifying real estate agent/broker classes and teach at the Realty Institute in Forest Hills, New York.
I have sold real estate throughout Queens County since 1986 and  owned my own independent real estate firm in Bayside from 2003 through May 2009 when I became the manager/trainer for Exit Realty Source located in Little Neck, Northeast Queens.  I am an active member of the Long Island Board of Realtor and full- time participant of the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island.   I am proud to have earned the NAR designation of e-PRO certified Internet Professional and currently I am also a certified e-Pro trainer and regularly give workshops to real estate agents/brokers about this extremely valuable online course.  My real estate website is: http://JohnManiec.Point2Agent.com.  I have two great blogs:  http://GreatNorthEastQueensNews.com  and   http://FinestNYRealEstate.thewrittenblog.com
