About Me

Jim Paulson has been licensed as a Realtor since 1991.  He has been worked at various real estate companies including Realty World, Coldwell Banker, John L. Scott and RE/MAX; but in 2008 started his own real estate brokerage "Progressive Realty Corporation".  With agressive expansion plans, it is set up as a "virtual office" with all transaction management and document storage encrypted and stored online instead of the traditional Bricks and Mortar franchise.  Since NAR indicates the 87% of the public uses the internet to buy/sell real estate, that was the platform Jim chose to build his company on.

Jim is currently the only Certified e-Pro Trainer in the State of Idaho and welcomes the opportunity to travel to other associations and company meetings to promote the EPRO designation and share his vision on using available technologies to help sell real estate more effectively!  He is the Designated Broker for his company as well as the 2008 Vice President of the 4,700 member Ada County Association of Realtors.  He is also service concurrent terms as a Board of Director for both the local and state association of Realtors.

Jim's 17 years of real estate experience coupled with his leadership positions within the Ada County Association of Realtors and the Idaho Association of Realtors makes him a great candidate to be selected as your Realtor or as your speaker at your next event!
