Jeanne Martini, lead broker at Kinzie Group, possesses a 20 year track record of successful sales and marketing experience in the Illinois marketplace. Martini has led in a variety of situations and market environments and has proven to effectively manage challenges met in any real estate climate. Martini oversees a devoted team of sales and marketing professionals whose sole focus is to provide the best brokerage services to their clients.

Martini's strong experience in residential real estate includes project planning and execution, product development, sales and marketing as well as supervising interior design services. As the Director of Sales and Marketing for E.R. James Realty for 14 years, Jeanne participated in the planning and execution of each of the company's residential and mixed-use projects, from initial land planning, market research, product development and project management. She also ran the company's design center with a team of highly trained designers.

Jeanne was responsible for growing the sales and marketing division at Edward R. James Homes, successfully bringing to market over 1,500 residential units, including nearly 600 condominiums, over 650 multi-family homes, and over 350 custom and semi-custom single family homes in award-winning communities like Southgate on the Glen (Glenview), Heatherfield (Glenview), Fox Meadow (Northfield), and The Residences of Uptown Park Ridge. Martini was responsible for garnering over $840 million in total sales.

Jeanne's management role also includes service to bank-owned assets and properties, overseeing brokerage activities, as well as property management and leasing for such clients as Harris Bank, Wintrust, Bank of America, Park National Bank, and others. She is currently managing the lease up of close to 350 residential rental units and the sale of various projects and homes in the Chicagoland area.
