PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Chris and Janet Gaut combine to make the Gaut Real Estate Team.

Janet has been with RE/MAX gold since 2004 and has handled many Residential transactions including residential resale, bare land, relocation, and short sale. Prior to Real Estate she owned a successful in-home childcare business.

Chris has been with RE/MAX Gold since 2006. He comes into Real Estate from the Pest Control field where he still works full time.

Janet and Chris have been Real Estate investors since 1999. Through their experience in purchasing investment properties and property management, they have developed much knowledge and a love for the industry. Their commitment to excellence and close attention to details make them great Realtors.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Gauts are proud to call El Dorado County their home. Chris has lived here for more that 30 years and Janet has lived here for more that 13 years. They currenty reside in Polock Pines and are the proud parents of two daughters. They are strong in their faith and take great pride in always being truthful(sometimes called honest to a fault).
Janet is active in the community. She is a volunteerSunday School teacher in her church. She also was Chairperson for the Can Tree Committee of EDCAR in 2005 and 2006 where she led her team in raising funds to support the Food Bank of El Dorado County. She currently serves as the Tour Director for the Pollock Pines and Camino areas.
Chris has a strong interest in politics. He spends much time educating himself about civic activities in our country believing that is important to be aware of who our leaders are and what they are doing on our behalf.
