About Me

I have built my Real Estate career on a set of three principals; ethics, communication, and continuing education. I handle each transaction with extreme care and diligence. I hold myself and other agents to the strict standards of the Real Estate Code of Ethics. I keep in constant contact with each of my clients. I take client calls from 6am until 10pm, and I return calls within 15 minutes. Emails are sent to my blackberry and returned within minutes. I have built my technology solutions around a quick and complete response. I spend my time obtaining industry specific accreditations and certifications. My commitment to education has kept me on the forefront of my industry. It has enabled me to provide a better and more expansive set of services, negotiate better deals, and reduce the overall liability of my clients through comprehensive, thorough, and accurate contracts.

Success in real estate comes from client referrals. I work hard to exceed the expectations of each of my clients. I make their goals and objectives my number one priority. I feel blessed because I have been able to turn something I love (Real Estate) into a fun, upbeat, and successful career!

Really, the key to success in any business comes from a balance of Integrity, Service, Hard Work, Professional Competence, Accountability, and Professional Ethics, and continuing education. As a full time Realtor, my end goal is not making a fast buck from a single transaction. My goal is to increase my success through customer referrals. I understand to earn referral business, each transaction must hold my full attention and focus. My success is only earned once my client's goals have been exceeded. When you choose me as your agent, you can feel secure knowing that your transaction will be handled professionally, and your interests protected.

I have created an innovate system called target-date technology. Most clients have a target date in mind, a date when they would like to buy a home. For some clients it is right now, some a few months, and some a few years. Most agents business system satisfy the "right now" clients and miss the other 99% of their business; the future buyers. Most buyers begin looking for a home several months before they are ready to buy. 99% of agents do not utilize this precious time. Most Agents are looking for buyers that want to jump in the car and go look at homes right now. This is a common practice for new Agents. Seasoned Realtors understand the importance of proper preparation and planning. This is the key difference between a seasoned professional, and a first year Agent. Each communication from me is focused, brief, and to the point. My clients gets the information they need, they are never pressured to buy before they are ready, and they never feel neglected as a future buyer. 

Realtors are generally independent contractors. Their success is solely based on their own work ethic and skill set. I have been self employed for over a decade. I understand dedication, drive, and hard work, and will apply this philosophy when working with you.
