Jim is a licensed Real Estate Agent with Realty Associates serving the Galveston and Harris county areas of Southeast Texas.

Jim's real-estate career began in 2001, as a licensed Broker in the state of Colorado.

Jim relocated his family to League City,TX and joined the Keller Williams Realty team

Education plays an role in making a competant Real Estate Agent. As the real estate profession evolves, more complex laws and requirements are continually enacted that can only be met by Agents who continually keep up-to-date with Real Estate Practices and Procedures. .

Jim has completed the Graduate Realtor Institue (GRI), earning the GRI designation and the e-Pro Technology Certification Program earning the e-Pro Internet Professional designation as well as the state continuing education requirements.

In addition, Jim has a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems and additional business courses. Jim belongs to National , Texas and the Houston Association of Realtors.
